further accommodation, should it be needed, is envisaged to be of
a type that could be defined as "non-permanent" (so
requiring no planning permission), that is:
caravans, trailers,
containers, cabins, various types of tents maybe (teepees or
yurts).
Or why not an underground eco-house, where most of the
building materials are absolutely free.
Cool in summer and requiring
little heating in winter, they will withstand almost everything:
storms, earthquakes, forest fires, nuclear fallout (if minimum 1
metre earth cover) etc etc - we have the literature and complete
instruction course on DVDs.
There are several places on the 2
properties where such accommodation could provide a cosy and very
private camp.
