FURTHER ACCOMMODATION

For both #2 and #35 any further accommodation, should it be needed, is envisaged to be of a type that could be defined as "non-permanent" (so requiring no planning permission), that is:
caravans, trailers, containers, cabins, various types of tents maybe (teepees or yurts).

Or why not an underground eco-house, where most of the building materials are absolutely free.
Cool in summer and requiring little heating in winter, they will withstand almost everything: storms, earthquakes, forest fires, nuclear fallout (if minimum 1 metre earth cover) etc etc - we have the literature and complete instruction course on DVDs.

There are several places on the 2 properties where such accommodation could provide a cosy and very private camp.
